In Sims 3, babies do not physically appear in the game because the game's developers chose to represent the baby stage as a time when the baby is being cared for off-screen by the parents. This decision was likely made to simplify gameplay and focus on other life stages, such as childhood and adulthood. Additionally, including babies as physical characters in the game would have required additional animations, interactions, and care-taking mechanics, which may have been deemed too complex for the game's scope. **

It depends on the circumstances surrounding the glass damage. If the damage was caused by the renter's negligence or actions, then it is typically the renter's responsibility to pay for the repair or replacement. However, if the damage was due to normal wear and tear or a pre-existing issue, then the landlord or property management company may be responsible for covering the cost. It is important to review the terms of the lease agreement and communicate with the landlord to determine who is responsible for the glass damage. **

Additionally, if your Sims are already at the maximum household size, you may not be able to have a baby until a Sim moves out or passes away. **
