Ultimately, the best option for the first own apartment depends on individual lifestyle, budget, and comfort with sharing living space. **

A paranormal rental apartment is a rental property that is believed to be haunted or have paranormal activity. These apartments are often the subject of urban legends or ghost stories, and some people seek them out for the thrill of living in a potentially haunted space. Landlords may disclose the property's paranormal history to potential tenants, and some may even market the property as a unique and spooky living experience. However, the existence of paranormal rental apartments is largely based on folklore and personal beliefs, and there is no scientific evidence to support claims of hauntings in these properties. **

If a rental apartment experiences water damage, the tenant should immediately notify the landlord or property management company in writing. In the notification, the tenant should request a rent reduction and/or alternative accommodation until the water damage is repaired. The request should be specific, detailing the extent of the damage and the impact it has on the habitability of the apartment. It is important to keep a record of all communication and document the damage with photographs. If the landlord does not respond or refuses to provide a rent reduction or alternative accommodation, the tenant may need to seek legal advice or mediation to resolve the issue. **
